How do I get my tickets?
Shortly after your booking is complete your e-ticket will be send directly to your email, just print it out and bring it with you to the GLNYS Visitor Center. 

Where does the tour begin?
The tour departs from GLNYS Visitor Center. The address will be on your e-ticket. Please be there 15 minutes before the tour starts. 

How long does the tour last?
The tour lasts 8 hours.  

How long are my tickets valid?
Your tickets are only valid on your chosen date.

Are there children's tickets?
Yes, children's tickets are available for children between age 3-11. Children under age 3 are free when accompanied by a paying adult.

"God tur og meget engageret guide. Dog forventede jeg at vi blev fulgt op i Rockefeller center, "Top of the Rock", men det var åbenbart vores eget ansvar. Det var ikke tydeligt nok ved købet, at det kun var billet vi købte og ikke adgang med guide. Vh. Leila"

Turen i sig selv var virkelig god, men...

"En mere entusiastisk guide end David ville have gjort underværker. Dagen startede startede med regn, men vejrguderne var med os, og det blev tørvejr med lidt sol i løbet af formiddagen og på resten af turen. Guiden lagde imidlertid ud med at berette om og gentog adskillige gange, hvad vi ikke ville kunne gøre i løbet af dagen - bl.a. besøg i Rockefeller Center pga. manglende udsigt. Desuden kunne evt. megen trafik gøre, at vores tur skulle omlægges andetsteds. Negativitetten til trods vendte alt jo heldigvis til det bedste, og vi havde en god tur. Blot kunne guiden - nu da vi var i området - godt have gjort opmærksom på Lincoln Centret med dets beliggenhed, og hvad det indeholdt - bl.a. operaen/balletten, som vi selv besøgte efterfølgende."

"Retki sopii mainiosti sinulle, joka olet ensimmäistä kertaa New Yorkissa tai haluat nähdä ja kuulla nähtävyyksistä oppaan johdolla. Retkellä näkee paljon ja saa hyvä kattauksen New Yorkista, suosittelen. Meidän perheessä tykättiin, retki tehtiin pikku bussilla joten ryhmä oli kompantin kokoinen, oppaan esityksen kuuli hyvin. Bussista kuvaaminen ei oikein onnistunut ja sieltä näkyvyys oli hieman huono."
